Warranty Applications

Warranty Process Overview

1. Have a Field Superintendent Become a Certified Applicator
   Complete and pass the Certified Applicator Test before starting the warranty process.
2. Submit Sections 1 & 2
   Fill out Sections 1 and 2 of the warranty form and submit them for review.
3. Wait for Approval
   Do not apply any product until you have received official approval.
4. Apply Product & Complete Section 3
   Once approved, apply the product as specified and complete Section 3 of the warranty form.
5. Provide Required Documentation
   Upload all relevant invoices to Section 3 and keep a record of all batch labels from the product used.
